BRISTOL,UK WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
but I’ll travel wherever you want to take me
Hi, I'm Tom
An obsessive of analogue photography, lover of retro cameras, D&D campaigns, 90’s tunes and my wonderful dog.
Do you want amazing wedding photos that don’t look like traditional wedding photos?
Love old school film photography?
Tired of seeing the same old cliches everywhere?
Want to see all your friends having an awesome time?
Then you’re in the right place.
I love what I do and I’m good at it.
That means you can forget about me and actually experience your wedding, whether it’s in a muddy field or a fancy estate.
I don’t turn your wedding into a photoshoot. If you want all your wedding photos to be of just you two, I’m not your man.
Here’s a photo of me with my Dancefloorcapture-atron3000 (Nikon F3), I don’t enjoy having my photo taken.
“On top of his talent, his warmth, charisma, and kindness make him a joy to have around on such an important day.”
Ioana and Ruben - July 2025
Bollocks to tradition, have the wedding you want
When it comes to your wedding, choose the traditions that feel right for you. Think about how you want the day to feel — is it about ticking boxes, or simply having the best time together?
The same can be said for your photos, I will photograph your wedding to be a reminder of what it felt like on the day, whatever you choose to get up to.
"Every photo was stunning! He had somehow managed to be everywhere at once, capturing every important moment without ever feeling intrusive."
Andrea and Kokbun - June 2025

Analogue Photography
Why I shoot film
There is something about film that you cannot recreate with digital photography; amazing colours and beautiful grain combining into something you can hold in your hand. I absolutely adore shooting on film because every photo is unique and every negative is real.
If you’ve been thinking about having some film photography at your wedding, then get in touch with me and let’s talk about how to capture your wedding the way you really want.
How much film and how much digital?
At most weddings I shoot around 1-3 rolls of film, which is around 24 to 100 photos. The rest of the day is shot with digital cameras. Most of the moments that involve movement and the ability to react quickly, I shoot with digital cameras (Sony A7IVs if you’re interested), but during reception drinks you’ll often see me with a film camera. On the dance floor, I shoot half digital and half film as I have a wonderful Nikon F3 and flash that really creates some classics (see a few examples below).
What if we want all film?
Then we’re going to be very good friends indeed. I would love to shoot your wedding entirely on film, let me know if you’d like the full analogue experience when you enquire and prepare to embrace the imperfect beauty of film.

Award Winning Wedding Photographer
In February 2025 I won a This is Reportage wedding photography award for the image below. I’ve not entered many, in fact this was my second entry to an award so to win was really quite something. I’m including this here just so you can see something a bit different.
The moment itself was one worth waiting for, the girls were having such a great time on the bouncy castle and I knew I could find a great photo, so I positioned myself and hoped. They say luck is where preparation meets opportunity, so I’ll call this lucky.
